RiverCity Flats, is the name appointed to a group of twelve newly renovated, industrialized, loft apartments located in the city of Pittsburgh. Located in the Uptown section of the city, this large (32,000 sq ft) factory has been painstakingly restored to retain its unique character while creating spacious, creative, yet comfortable and economical living spaces. Each entirely unique loft living space has been elegantly carved and carefully cultivated to preserve the original “industrial” charm from its early 20th century Linen factory heritage.
