River City Flats, is the name coined for an enormous (31,750 sq ft) building housing a baker’s dozen of newly renovated, industrial-urban style lofts located in Pittsburgh’s Uptown section of the city. The building is being beautifully restored to retain its unique character while creating spacious, creative yet comfortable and economical living spaces.
